Spring is around the corner and this is the prefect refreshment for the change of weather.

- 1 cup cold milk
- ½ cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 medium banana
- 4 cubes ice
1. Gather all ingedients.
2. Combine milk, yoghurt, sugar, and salt in a blender. Add oranges and banana and blend for about 1 minute. Add ice and blend until smooth.
3. Serve and enjoy.
